Here is my fnished card using the Windswept Fhiona stamp. I've used Stampin Up paper set. Use a fibre to wrap around the middle frame. I did a lot of cheat ribbons using Daisy D's rub on trim. The larger snowflake you saw was done using the liquid applique. I like it fluffy and I also use the mini snowflake border to cut the little snowflakes and added rhinestones on them. Used Flower Soft to add a little texture on her hat & scarf.

Cabio, your textures are phenomenal! You must have taken some time to make the bubble dots on the snowflake so it look like a clusters.
