Hiya, Yes, I know I've been posting quite a few Easter projects lately, but I can't help it as there are so many cute Easter/Springy images, therefore, here is another related theme project. Today's project is an altered purse. My stamp is the Chicken Tilda from Magnolia-licious. However, it is out of stock right now, but the Mini Chicken Tilda is still available if you are doing a small one (will make great little Easter goodies to fill up with jelly beans).

Also, a reminder to those Magnolia fans out there that there are still time for you to enter the Easter-Spring Extravaganza Contest over at Magnolia-licious Highlites Challenge Blog. Don't forget to check out how to participate the challenge for chances to win $150, $75, or $25 Gift Certificates from Magnolia-licious Store.

Scrapbook Expo pictures sharing

Good morning everyone. I've been MIA for a while as many of you know that I was off for a short holiday visiting my sisters in San Francisco in the States. During this time, I also attended the Scrapbook Expo in Pleasanton in California. Today's post I would like to share you some of the pictures I took at the event. Thank you for my niece VIVIAN who drove me there and the great thing was that I got to meet MAYLEE. Maylee and I were in the same design team for over a year. Although we talked a lot in the cyper world and found we had so many things in common, but we never met. It was so great we finally got to meet each other in person at the Scrapbook Expo. Thank sis :o)

Here is a picture of MAYLEE and I at the Scrapbook Expo

CAS Easter Tilda Shaving Cream Technique & Blog Candy

Good morning everyone and yes I am back home from my short time off. Since I just got back, I was so busy doing laundry. Can't believe that I still have OMG over 300+ emails to go through. Therefore, if I haven't come to visit your blog yet, I will eventually in the next few days/weeks as I will be doing some emails catch up after work tomorrow.

Good morning and yes I am still in California for a few more days enjoying my vacation for resting before heading back to Canada. Meanwhile, hope you all had a great weekend. Are you all ready for Easter yet? Well, I sure am ready for the upcoming Easter holiday. By the way, when you are reading this post, I am actually in San Francisco enjoying the vacation with my family. (I pre-scheduled this post) This month's Inspiration Challenge over at Magnolia-licious Challenge is host by our talented DT member Angela. She chooses this picture below for this inspiration challenge. All you have to do is to look at this picture below to get some inspirations and then to create a project to join us along. Remember one lucky winner will win a $25.00 gift certificate from Mangolia-licious Store.

I am using this card for other challenges as well, please scroll down to the bottom of this post for those challenges.

Love the soft colors of the above picture. After seeing these eggs, I came up with a card using Tilda with Flower in Her Hair with a combination of the Magnolia Doohicky Die and Nestibilities Oval dies. I tried to use some softer colors to match up with the Easter eggs.

Here is a closer view of this cute image

Easter-Spring Extravaganza Blog Hop

Good morning to all my fellow crafty friends!! Welcome to the Easter-Spring Extravaganza Contest Blog Hop.

If you have hopped here from the talented BARB'S BLOG, you are in the right track. If not, you may want to go back to ANGIE'S BLOG to start this hop.

This hop is for the Easter-Spring Extravaganza Contest. Contest is open until April 19th at 11:00 PM EST. Make sure to check the rules over at the Magnolia-licious Highlites website or scroll down to the bottom of this post for details.

I am so excited to be able to join this blog hop with the regular Magnolia-licious Designer Team Members. For this hop, I made an Easter card and hope this will give you some inspirations. This time, instead of colored the image using my favorite Copic markers, I colored it using the Prismacolor Pencils. To be honest with you, this is my first time using the Prismacolor pencils. I bought the box of 48 pencils and used them with the Gamsol odorless mineral spirit for blending with paper stump to color this Little Bunny Tilda image purchased from Magnolia-licious.

First I cut a circle ring and wrapped it with some ribbon and laid Tilda down as she sits inside the ring, then I spread the flowers around this ring. (the color is more close to the pink scheme, because I took this picture under the yellow light bulb and it look more to the brownish scheme.) You can see her correct color on the pictures further down of this post.

Here is my finished card.
