Magnolia Edwin Waiting for Fish Happy Retirement Card

Good morning to you all.  Today is time for another challenge over at Magnolia-licious & Wee Stamps Challenge Blog.  This time the challenge is 'ALL ABOUT BOYS'.  Therefore, basically in order to join us for the challenge, you basically need to just create boy-theme project.  I don't do boy-theme card often, making a boy-theme card is NOT a piece of cake to me although I love coloring any Edwin stamps, lol

For my card today, I picked 'Edwin Waiting for Fish' for my image which I bought a while ago from Magnolia-licious and decided to do a retirement card.  Besides this Edwin stamp, I used the pattern paper from Magnolia Paper Pack.  I also picked some Memory Box dies.  There are Party Lanterns and the Oceana Border dies.  In addition, I used a Tim Holtz Weathered Clock Die and tucked a "at the beach" My Mind's Eye chipboard  from my stash box.  In my stash box, I also found a package of Fishing by 'A Touch of Jolee's' embellishemnt stickers to add on too.

Here is my finished card.  I added some dew drops on the lantern too.

I am also using this card for the following challenges:
Inspire Me Fridays 97 - Anything Goes
My Sheri Crafts Challenge 104 - Time to Go Fishin
Come and Get It Challenge - Playing in the water
Eclectic Ellapu - Masculine
The Ribbon Girl - Anything Goes & Magnolia
Make It Monday 129 - Anything Goes

Pink Ribbon Tilda Valentine's Card

Good morning everyone and happy weekend!!  It's been a crazy week for me this past week both in my full time work and craftwork.  I am so glad now is the weekend and the best thing is I am off for a week this coming week.  Now I can relax and taking my time to type up this post, lol.

Oh, before sharing my card today, I also wanted to mention about the Wee Stamps Collection is now avaliable at Magnolia-licious.  Aren't they adorable?  They are now 10% off over at the store, so I can't wait to ink them up once I received them.

I've been busy trying to handmade some flowers lately and today I am posting a card using some of these flowers I made.  First what I did was to color this Pink Ribbon Tilda stamp of the Magnolia Love Collection.  I am able to pull the Magnolia Paper to match with the colored image.  I then made some flowers to coordinate this card.  Since Valentine is next week, so I added the 'be mine' letters cut by the Memory Box Parker lower alphbet set to create this Valentine's Day card.

 Here is my finished card.

I am using this card for the following challenges:
Simply Create Too Challenge #30 - Valentine's Day or Hearts
Daring Cardmakers Challenge - Love is in the air
Inspire Me Fridays 95 - Anything Goes
Deep Ocean Challenge #44 - Love and lace
Cards and More #75 - Valentine's Day

Some Odd Girl Nouveau Girls Wishes Card

Good morning everyone. Todayis my turn to share my DT card with you for the February Oozak's challenge. This is also my last Oozak's DT card and I hope you will continue to join them for the fun challenges.  As you see for their challenge this month, is an easy 'Anything Goes' with your favorite colors. Well, to be honest with you, my favorite color is pink, but since I already did a pink card last month, I wanted to do a different color, so I pick 'red', but then added a little pink flower so my favorite color is still on this card.

Coming back to my card today, I got some new Spellbinder dies from Oozak earlier, so I couldn't help it but try it of course. See the white diamond background? It's from the Fancy Lattice die from the Shapeabilities. For the top borders and the heart shape, I used some Martha Stewart punches. The stamp I picked for my card is Nouveau Girls Wishes from Some Odd Girl. You can scroll down to the bottom of this post for the complete list of material on this card.

I am also using this card for the following challenges:
My Time to Craft Challenge #207 - Love is in the Air
Sweet Stampin - Love is all Around
Fab 'n' Funky Challenge #157 -  Valentines/Hearts

Tilda with Ugg Shoes Spring Card

Good morning all!  Well one of my New Year Resolution is to use some of my old stamps or the stamps that I bought for a while but didn't get a chance to use.  The card I am posting today is made with one of the stamps that I bought for quite a while, but never get a chance to use her until now.  She is Tilda with Ugg Shoes from the 2012's Australia Collection.  However, there are some other stamps from the special collection at Magnolia-licious too, so remember to check them out to see what they have for you.

Also I would like to mention too that the new Magnolia Easter Collection stamps are available at Magnolia-licious.  I encourage you to check them out, they are super cute!!  I am so looking forward to ink them up as soon as they come :o)

For my card today, instead of using a multi color pattern paper for the card front, I took a purple color and used one of the Spellbinder dies that I bought not long ago to create the flourish pattern to adhere on a white cardstock.

I am also using this card for the following challenges:
Make It Monday MIM #125 - Anything Goes

Why would I post this photo? Well, I finished the card and finally after I stamped the Magnolia sentiment, I accidently dropped the ink pad on top part of this card.  You should have seen my mouth was wide opened for a whole 5 minutes and I almost pulled my hair, lol.  After spending 1/2 hrs staring at my card sadly, I saw the left over scrap, I got an idea of doing some cover up.  That is why you see the top decorative border inside this card, is to cover the black ink.

Thank you for stopping by visiting me today and I hope you will come again soon for my next sharing :o)
