Tilda & Edwin Kissing by the park

Good morning everyone. Today is me and my hubby's 17th wedding anniversary, so I am sharing with you a love theme card. On this card, there are three mini stamps I used. Besides the Shy Tilda and Kissing Edwin Standing, I also used the mini Alota Park and Pond for the background scene. I love this little cute scene and you can purchase these cute stamps from MAGNOLIA-LICIOUS. There are many more fun stamps from the MINI WORLD you can pick from too. First, I used photo paper and paint it with distressing ink, then I used Memento ink to stamp the Alota Park and Pond. After that I added lace trim around the background and added the colored images on top. This is a mini card and size is 4" x 4".

I am using this card for the following challenges:
Charisma Cardz Challenge #4 - Valentines/Love
Stampavie and More Challenge #126 - Love

Magnolia-licious Inspiration Challenge - my firend's livling room

Hello everyone!! Welcome to another Challenge over at Magnolia-licious Challenge. This is my month to host for the challenges and one of these is the inspiration challenge and for the picture I picked for today is a living room. This living room belongs to one of my friends and I think it looks pretty and delightful. Hope to see you all to play along with us to take out your Magnolia stamps to make a project using the following as the inspirations. The projects can be a card, scrapbook page, 3D creation, etc.

Here is an inspiration picture

Here is my finished card. When I see the above picture, the Magnolia Couch/Sofa stamp from Magnolia-licious comes up in my mind. Then I started to check out which stamp I wanted to put on this couch. After did some try outs, I picked Cherry Tilda. Another item that caught my eyes from my friend's living room is the floral arrangements. So I decided to case the one on the coffee table and created the similar one with some Jolee's embellishment and a piece of DP to set on the couch by Tilda. But than I also wanted to add a patio door like the picture, so I quickly did up a little window and added an embossed piece under it.

I am also using this project for the following challenges:
Crafty Cardmakers Challenges #38 - Floral
Woodware USA Challenge #11 - Anything Goes
The Crafty Pad Challenge #105 - Something Girly
LIIU Challenge #8 - No digi and anything goes
Copic Creations Challenge #42 - Anything New (the sofa stamp)
Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge #45 - Anything Goes

Thank you Tracy for the blog award

Hello everyone. I know I should have post this up earlier, but just never really get a chance. Today, I finally put this up now. I received this "Stylish Blogger Award" from my talented friend Tracy V. Thank you Tracy!!

For taking this award, I have to tell you 8 things about myself and send it along to 8 other bloggers (and let them know!).
So here it goes.....

1) I am100% Chinese, but I hate sweet and sour. Not sure why, but I just couldn't stand the smell, lol.

2) I love to shop around craft supplies both online and retails. I can be very patient!!

3) I love my home and totally can stay inside my craftroom all day long.

4) I am addicted to my iPhone and can play with it all day long.

5) My husband and I have been married for almost 17 years. I know him since junior high school, but we didn't start going out until many years after we graduation from high school.

6) Besides my craft addition, I love to sing too. (let's not talk about whether I am good or not, lol)

7) I hate cooking, so my husband is the chef at home.

8) My family or my friends know that I can't stand lizard or reptile (any 4 legs creature with a long tail). I am so very scare and I can't even look at a picture of it. Therefore, when I go to a pet store, my daughter always will walk in front of me and then warn me ahead and said "mom, don't walk this way!", etc if she ever see a lizard or reptile cage ahead.

Ok, there are so many people that I wanted to pass this award on, but since I only can pass this to 8, so here are the 8 wonderful people:
Norma
Maylee
Linda C
Kerri
Crystal
Chris

Ok, enjoy these ladies :o)
