Magnolia Summer Flower Tilda Card

Good morning. Today I am sharing a card with another Magnolia stamp from the Summer Memories Collection. She is Summer Flower Tilda. Not sure if you've seen the stamps from this collection yet, but all of them are so adorable. If you haven't seen them all yet, be sure to check them out over at Magnolia-licious Store.

Here is my finished card. I've colored her dress in two tones. This is actually my first time trying to color an outfit using two totally different colors (Copic markers on BV and R). It sure was a bit of challenge to me, but was quite fun.

I am also using this card for the following challenges:
Southern Girls Challenge #45 - Dying to diecut/punch
Crafts and Me Challenge - Flowers
The Paper Shelter Challenge #65 - Bling It On
Ruby's Rainbow Challenge #29 - Things with Wings
Dutch Magnolia Lovers #32 - Photo Challenge
Sweet Stamps Challenge #66 - Anything Goes
Going Grey with Scarp-Creations - Bingo (Glitter, Flowers, Ribbon)
Make It Monday #90 - Anything Goes

Here is a closer view showing you the spark parts on Tilda. Behind her were the Memory Box Catalina Wreath Die and the butterfly die from Spellbinder.

I added some texture by dry embossed the green cardstock.

Just wanting to show you a closer view on this butterfly stick I got from a dollar store. I don't like buying craft supplies from any dollar store simply because I just don't trust the quality. I really like the way this sticker made by vellum with the silvery dots on it, so I got it anyways. However, I actually took this butterfly apart and removed the foam dots that came with it by replaced my own glue dots and added my own silver gems on it to make sure it won't fall apart.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I have a few more projects made by the Summer Memories Collections and hope to see you again to share more with you :o)

Hi Cabio,
Oh what a neat thing to do - put one die on top of another! And aren't you brave to colour Tilda's dress with two different colours. Great effect!
The butterfly is just lovely and so are the added little white flowers :o)
Really love the sparkles on Tilda's shoes and ribbon!!
Beautiful work.
Big hugs, Candy

Cabio, fabulous card. Awesome colouring--love the 2-tone colouring. Don't you just love how your markers are left untainted even when you mix totally different colours? Love your catalina die cut.
