YNS Challenge #15 + other challenges

Welcome to you all and happy Wednesday. Today I prepared you a DT card for the YNS Challenge #15. This challenge is hosted by our talented Starlet "Lana". This time Lana's would like to challenge you to make a creation using the theme - Going Dotty (using dots on your creation). I am also using this card for the following challenges:

MMSC #51 - sketch

The image I used for my card is Wedding Fhiona from YNS. For meeting the dotty them, I tried to use mostly "Dotty" for my card (the polka dots DP and ribbon). Even the border punch I choose to use is to do with dots.

TGF Royal Battle Finals.....Please vote for me if you like my project :o)

Good morning everyone. Sorry for not posting for a few days. I was busy making this project for the past few days. Our TGF Royal Battle Challenge team MACCK (Maylee, Angie, Crystal, Cabio- me, and Kerri) got in to the finals. Thank you so much for those of you who voted for our team's projects for the past 4 weeks. Luckily, we are one of the last 6 teams which survived for this final round because of your votes. Thank you very much :o) I'm very nervous and scared because it is my turn to create a project for the final round. This week's challenge is to create a set of two coordinating projects, one for a girl and one for a boy.

I hope you will like what I prepared for this challenge and if you really like this, please, please vote for this project by selecting the "MACCK" team.

STEP TO VOTE:
Voting: Voting/commenting will start on Sunday, April 25th and last 24 hrs from the time the poll goes up on the Splendid Stamping With the Greeting Farm blog. Voting will be on the blog poll. There will be no voting in the gallery for this.

My project is tropical summer cake goodies containers for a boy and a girl. This cake container can be opened and closed. It also would make a great party favor for kids or summer parties. These cake slices are made using the Coluzzle cake box template which I bought years and years ago. Yep, it took me a while as I cut each box out one at a time and assembled them. I added a center piece using Hula Anya and Surfer Ian. Then I made a cake slice box for each a boy and a girl (His & Her's). These boxes contained goldfish crackers in case if you are not able to see it clear what's inside.

Here is the finished 2 level summer party theme cake assembled by these cake slice containers and a closer view on these images

Here is a closer view on the Hula Anya cake container with a peek of goldfish crackers inside.

Thank you so much for your visiting today and hope you enjoy the rest of your week. See you soon :o)

Another TGF altered candy box

Good evening everyone. To add to my previous candy box project, I am posting the part 2 of my altered creation using the Matey set from TGF. This little cute pirate boy & the word "Treasure" are part of the images of this set. I bought a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolate and decorated the box.

From the suggestion of my TGF team mate Crystal, I added gold coins and some colorful chains inside the box to match the pirate treasure box theme. It's a cute idea, thank you Crystal!

Closer view on this image. I added some black diamond stickle for his hat trim.

I took a picture adding for this treasure box and the previous made girl pirate candy box together. I though these would make great party favors.

TGF Candy packaging - Please vote for my team mate's project

Good morning everyone!!! Thank you so much for those of you who voted over at TGF Royal Battle Challenge for our team MACCK. I am so excited that our team MACCK (Maylee, Angie, Cabio, Crystal, Kerri) is on for the TGF Royal Battle Week #4. Maylee's cute scrapbook page last week got enough vote for our team to continue on for Week #4, there are only 14 teams left now. After Week #4's votes, there will only be 6 teams left for the final week and we really wish you can support us by voting Crystal's cute creation below. Crystal will be our team mate to participate for this week's challenge and this soccer cutie is Crystal's Candy Packaging creation. This is such a cute cute creation!!!!

I also did some creations for this challenge, but this creation is NOT for the TGF challenge. Here is a candy box I created using of the TGF discontinued "Matey" set. This set comes with a pirate girl, a pirate boy, skeleton with bones, some sentiments including the word "Treasure". This is more of a party favor for girly parties. I also made a candy box using the pirate boy's image which I will post that box sometimes tomorrow or in the next few days.

When I tried out to create this box, I've written down all the measurement, so I will try to do a tutorial in the next few weeks for this candy box. Thanks so much for stopping by today and hope to see you soon :o)

A late Easter Tilda card

Good evening everyone :o) I haven't really do any cards lately, so I didn't have any new cards to show you today. But I am posting the card I made sometimes around March. I know Easter is passed now, but since I haven't get a chance to post it earlier, I thought to post it now. It's better be late than not posting it :o)

I am going to use this card for the following challenges:
Practical Scrappers - Glitter & Bling
My Time to Craft Challenge #87 - Pretty Pearls
Cute Card Thursday Challenge #108 - Touchy Feely
Hand Full of Stamps HFOS #24 - You're special to me
Stamp Something - something layered
Allsorts Challenge #47 - Petals and Pearls
Roses On Paper Challenge #35 - Layers

Here is an springy Easter card. When I made this card, I had an idea of spring breaking out, so I did a little distressing and torn the blue carstocking to curl it our. Then created a little springy background inside. I didn't get any of the newest bunny Tilda stamps as I don't do Spring or Easter card that much, so I just used an older bunny stamp. The chocolate eggs you saw here were long gone in to my girl's stomach, lol

Thanks for looking and in a couple days or so, I will have some altered items to show you :o)

YNS Challenge #14 - Stitching

Good morning and happy Wednesday. Today is time for another challenge at YNS. It's YNS challenge #14 already. This challenge is hosted by our very sweet Starlet Kerri. She challenges you to create something using stitching.

I am also using this card for the following challenges:
My Time to Craft Challenge #87 - Pretty Pearls
Creative Card Crew Challenge @48 - Happy Birthday
Papertake Weekly Challenge - Cutie Pie
Stamp Something - stitch something
Allsorts challenge #47 - Petals and Pearls

Here is my DT card for this challenge and I used "Rock Star Fhiona". Once again I dug through my stash pile and found all sorts of cute DP. Although I have been using my stash a lot lately, but the pile doesn't seem any less, hmmm....not sure why???

Michelle Perkett Challenge DT card

Happy Tuesday everyone. Today is the challenge #25 over at Michelle Perkett Studio's Inspiration and Design Challenge Blog. This week's challenge is to create something with 'MOVEMENT OF SOME SORT' using the theme Spring has Sprung. (ie. spinner card, wiper card, tunnel card, etc).

My creation for this challenge is a wiper card. You can find the tutorial HERE from Splitcoaststampers.
I used Michelle's image called "Cutie Patootie Birthday Mermaid" and used flower DP to match the spring theme. Here is the finished card before pulling the side panels.

Here is what it looked like when the side panels were pulled.
